Signature Confirmation

  • For added security, you can opt for Signature Required Shipping at checkout. This option is strongly recommended if your delivery location is difficult or if you have specific delivery scheduling needs. By selecting this option, you ensure that your package will be handed directly to you or someone at your address, requiring a signature upon delivery.

 

    Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    International Shipping - Customs & Duties

    • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. These are completely in the hands of the customs authorities of your home country and rates and fees are not available for us to quote or estimate. 
    • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

    Lost Packages

    • If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it please check with neighbors or your local delivery facility as packages are sometimes delivered to nearby addresses or held at a local center.
    • If you opted for Signature Required Shipping, and the package is marked as delivered but missing, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue. Signature Required Shipping provides added security by requiring a signature upon delivery, which helps ensure the package reaches you or someone at your address.
    • If the package cannot be located and is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will assist you in processing a replacement or refund based on our policy.

    Please note: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the tracking system. We will, however, do our best to help resolve the issue.
